Receipt and unloading of goods

Counting & Inspection
We perform systematic inventory counting using RFID scanners. On a daily basis, we record in our systems all received products, their expiration dates, lot numbers, and any other required information, ensuring complete traceability — a critical process in the food and beverage industry, especially in the event of a product recall.
Goods Storage
Using EXELIXIS’ advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), products are stored in designated locations following inspection and counting. Storage is carried out according to safety and hygiene standards as defined by our certifications: IFS Logistics, ISO 9000 & ISO 22000.
Order Management
Orders are received throughout the day via system integration and automatically sent to the pickers’ terminals.
Order Preparation – Picking
During order picking, our team is guided by the WMS to ensure effective inventory management.
Key practices include:
- FEFO (First Expired–First Out) for optimal stock rotation
- Minimum-distance in picking to maximize productivity
- Proper stacking of products (from solid to fragile) guided by the WMS to optimize pallet stability and minimize damage during transport
Micro-Picking Services
We offer micro-picking, using individual units as the measurement basis — a necessary service for small retail sectors requiring frequent replenishment in small quantities.
Quality Control & Loading
Strict quality checks are performed before loading to ensure order accuracy (identity, quantity, and documentation).
Loading is conducted with safety compliance and efficient routing in mind.
